I imagine that Kyle will continue to smile and look relaxed during the trial knowing that the prosecutors are total idiots, and that Judge Schroeder will continue to make humorous insertions from the bench (probably because he already knows how this trial will end with a directed verdict of innocence).

I think because it is Court TV it is a cable-subscribed channel and they only allow ‘some’ free viewing. I have gone to the PBS channel on YouTube where I am continuing to watch it (it could also be because the court is on lunch break and they have temporarily halted the video).

And the judge said that every person on the planet has shown bad judgement, or even VERY bad judgement, from time to time.
But it shouldn’t be used against them in a courtroom regarding something unrelated from four months before.
the DA earlier was trying to show that he was a “bad guy” because he drove to work without a license. Who knows, maybe he even told a dirty joke once. Hang him!
Even worse, he probably liked Donald Trump!
