Last week, John Durham’s grand jury issued its third criminal indictment in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax. The person who was arrested may be obscure; the news may have been buried after Virginia’s bombshell election results; but Durham’s move is a big deal. It shows that the special counsel’s probe is methodically unraveling a huge conspiracy, seemingly engineered by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and implicating James Comey’s FBI, either as a willing participant or as utterly incompetent boobs.
The latest indictment also damages the mainstream media, which is why so many news outlets have ignored or underplayed it. After all, they broadcast a false story for years and are none too eager to revisit it. Other losers are the prosecutors assembled by Robert Mueller, most of them Democrats, who had reams of this damaging information and ignored it.
What Durham and a few intrepid reporters are uncovering may well be the most ambitious dirty trick pulled in an American election and its aftermath. The question now is whether Durham can expose the full extent of this malfeasance and charge those who planned and executed it.
Durham’s latest indictment charges Igor Danchenko (pictured) with lying multiple times to the FBI. Danchenko, who worked at the Brookings Institution as a Russian expert, may not be a household name, but he was a crucial player in concocting the false story that Donald Trump was collaborating with the Kremlin to win the White House. The real conspiracy, it turns out, was aimed at Trump and was conducted by the Clinton campaign and her longtime associates. It was financed jointly by Clinton’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Some leaked emails suggested it was approved by the candidate herself.

They already let Comey go...at this point they are just working to try and blame someone else and recover the FBI’s reputation.
Not that it will work, but he isn’t going to prosecute the FBI officials that helped orchestrate this.
If no masterminds are indicted, why would anyone think this will not happen again?
This is the most important question. The left seeks power. They don’t care about being proven wrong or being shamed. Power is all they care about and they achieved it with filthy tricks and lies.
They hamstrung a duly elected President. One can argue that they might have unseated a duly elected President based on these lies. It absolutely hurt Trump with mush-minded voters and soccer moms. That is beyond dispute.
My best guess if that they will do it again and again because it works so to answer your question - IF there is no accountability we should expect the same schemes again and again.
Let me guess. $50 fine and a promise to never do it again?
Comey is a prime example of how DC works. Do the bidding of the left and deep state and you are guaranteed to make MORE money on the backside even if you are removed from government service.
Stroke-Smirk, Page, McCabe and others all have high paying easy gigs now in media, think-tanks, on boards, or in academia.
It is a WISE investment in your future to violate the law in DC.
My belief is that we are now a kakistocracy.

If Durham was really going to expose this whole mess he would be hit by a bus or some other fatal accident.
The Hildebeast has promised to take down half of DC with her. Meaning, she won’t take the fall without taking out Bammy and Brandon.

Bill’s punishment for his sins is having Hillary as his wife. Hillary’s punishment is losing to Trump thinking she had it in the bag.

So here’s a question someone on this thread might be in a position to answer: Why, given the enormous power and connections of the Clinton machine, were they not able to achieve in 2016 what the ‘rats managed to achieve so well in 2020 to get that simpleton from Delaware elected?
This was not a “dirty trick”, it was criminal behavior (at a minimum) and should be treated as such.

I abhor the use of euphemisms to describe what is, if true, criminal activity. Another word used for that purpose is “shenanigans”. Makes my blood boil!
Makes me ill to see what the democrats did to Trump with this hoax, and then see what they did to the people at the capitol on January 6th. We know who the real traitors are!

We can’t and we won’t. The days and weeks may pass, but we all know now there is a shadow government (deep state) and we know the FBI/DOJ are crooked as the day is long.
There is no equal justice under the law, no rule of law, no due process. The constitution has been trampled.
Unless and until those people who conspired with the Clinton campaign, including those in the media to carry out the subversion of an American election and then a four year coup of a sitting president...we cannot move on.
