No..it would appear that what this will do is come to civil law suits by workers who are forced vaccinated by their employers.

This goes down, those work places would be found to have violated civil rights under the constitution if the ruling goes against the demented dictators rule.

IMO.

BTW, lawyers are licking their chops.

There will be no significant political or judicial remedies in our future.

Been the case for a long time.

Denizens of Washington who get their money from the government probably don’t particularly like the idea of the government being taken down.

****************

consider if you will the fact that Republicans never do anything to shrink the governments size, scope or power. That is exactly what they should have been doing for decades, but they don’t. They’re in on the big government scam too.

SCOTUS will probably slap them down.

I would bet substantial money on that.

“Get the same regulation pushed by CDC,”

CDC is the PR for Pharmacies - nothing more, it’s not a govt or authoritative entity. they truly have no authority to tell americans they have to do anything. sheeple just let them.

Sorry to hear that. Best of luck to him.

Its so sad to see these kinds of abusive situations needlessly arising on people and their families.

FDA then. The point I’m not making well is that the courts are going to hang hat on “OSHA is not competent in this field, or not empowered in this field” rationale.

Courts will likely tell the government how or what to pass, that will be okay with the courts. A SCOTUS decisoipn (the Keith case) suggested a FISA court, for example.

Federal Courts want a big and robust federal government too. What’s the point in being a big fish in a small pond?

Well, hell, I sure won't submit, and when I die is up to me and God, so we'll see.

At least TX, LA and MS have a respite from the mandate for now.

Re:58:

Good grief. READ what I wrote, not what you think I wrote.

I didn’t write “good money” - I wrote “real money”

And the comment was clear - that if any one thinks the issue is not ripe for litigation until January 4, they are IGNORING the costs that businesses will need to absorb before that date.

But no matter - TexasGurl24 clarified that once the ETS is published in the Federal Register, that the ETS is ripe for litigation.

It would seem so. He is in the 5th Circuit jurisdiction, as is his company (I hope!), and the court has STAYED the mandate pending further judicial review.

Most people do not know that the CDC is not part of the US Federal government. I told this to the “health officer” at my company (a real ‘hall monitor’ if there ever was one), and said nothing. Yeah, take that, buddy.

Then why are you opining if all is lost?
Go back under your rock.

Yes this is TEMPORARY because that’s what injunctions are.
