Donā€™t give us your newbie (2008) ignorance.

Really? So after 20 years you can't figure out how not to double and triple post, but I'm the ignorant one? I've never done that once since 2005. I knew from the beginning that you only press the send button once. And for future reference, pushing the send button multiple times doe make it send faster.

Man, Iā€™m getting so tired of all these negative nellies on just about any news on a win for our freedom and liberty...

Whether it was a constant bitch about how Terry McAullife would steal the recent Va. election (he didnā€™t/couldnā€™t) or this important court decision...

So am I!! All they do is go around peeing on things and they get snarky and vicious if you point it out.

This is a small step in the right direction. Those of us who are committed to doing whatever we can to help recover our country take hope from things like this.

The Debbie Downers contribute nothing constructive. They just foul the air with their pissing and moaning.

Does this cover EVERYONE (military, fed workers/contractors) or are we talking the 100 and over companies?

That rationale for that precedent goes away when the FDA is compromised.

The FDA expert judgement appears to be jab everybdoy three times a year for the rest of their lives.

This is only the employers > 100, excluding government contractors (who are covered by an EO)

The contractors order (Biden’s EO ‘42) has a decision against it too.

ā€¦Iā€™ve been posting a long time and do know how to click once. A comment of mine was posted three times this morning and another one twice.

Yep. Itā€™s a glitch thatā€™s been going on for the past couple of days and doesnā€™t seem to have anything to do with people multiple-clicking. It also appears to be taking longer to retrieve articles. I hope it gets resolved soon.

Newbies arenā€™t going to fix it by screeching about it, but we can laugh at their tantrums. šŸ˜

{resisting the temptation to deliberately hit the ā€œPostā€ button about five times before this goesā€¦}

This the first of many I suspect.

The 6th Circuit rules the BATF canā€™t make law banning bump stocks.

So within the 6th Circuitā€™s Jurisdiction Bump Stocks are legal again.

But the point is an Agency canā€™t make Lawsā€¦..only Congress can.

This is very good news!!

Once upon a time, the circuit courts decisions were only for its circuit. Once the Dems got control of various circuits, those wantabe dictators started saying ā€˜our decision is nation wide.ā€™

Unintended consequences! Heh-heh! They thought that if they got away with this 'nationwide' thing for the causes they want, that the Republicans would not use the same tactics against them. Your first statement is the way the system should work.

You have to give them a break. With all that has gone on in the last 2-4 years can you blame them? Pessimism is a mental disorder we all suffer from time to time.

Been a rash of this lately. For future reference, only push the send button once.

So it isn't just me then. Something is going on with the site. I only clicked once on another thread to send and it published 3 times.

I just read the latest from that court case. Civil Action No 1-21-cv-2815-CKK

The document I looked at didn't say that a temporary restraining order had been approved, it just said, "the Court should enter a TRO and grant Plaintiffsā€™ request for a preliminary injunction immediately." It doesn't say the court actually did.

Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but can someone find court documents that state that an injunction was actually granted?
