Good on you. The judges opinions are "the law," the pleadings are lopsided. That's the design of the adversarial system we have.
I tracked some of the government against the church cases back in the March-May 2020 time frame. Courts universally held against the churches at first. Anyway, having the court opinions was beneficial to my audience. Way better than news accounts.
I'm not making an effort to track the OSHA or EO/Contractor cases (and there are other vectors of government action against the people - there is one aimed at healthcare, I forget which agency is asserting itself), but do make a practice of finding the court opinions the press decides to make a big deal out of something I'm curious about.
From what I’ve been reading, the mandate against healthcare workers is not the same thing. Healthcare workers will be required to take the jab by January 4th or lose their job ....unless something happens between now and then.
