Nationwide injunctions have been ordered in the past. They eventually get lifted, but there have been several that were in effect for many months.
My guess is that there will be circuit splits on the ETS, which puts pressure on USSC to act and address the issue.
So, even though this is currently only for those states, there is potential for this to go national?
