So all those who were fired will be reinstated, given back pay, and the man who issued the mandate will be impeached?

— in your dreams. The USA is no longer a constitutional republic, but a fascist dictatorship run by a power mad maniac.

Just read all the replies to this thread...

Man, I’m getting so tired of all these negative nellies on just about any new on a win for our freedom and liberty...

Whether is was a constant bitch about how Terry McAullife would steal the recent Va. election (he didn’t/couldn’t) or this important court decision...

Resistance isn’t futile.

I thought the healthcare worker mandate was part of some other alphabet agency dictating things, though I could be wrong.

Half the battle? Don’t believe active duty military or federal contractors are affected by this — or are they?

You’re right. Unless good people shout down the bad people, the bad people are going to win.

You have to get up pretty early in the morning to be more cynical than I am but whiners and crybabies aren’t helping.

“Man, I’m getting so tired of all these negative nellies on just about any new on a win for our freedom and liberty...”

Well, when we’ve been beaten down over and over it’s hard to keep up the same level of joyous hope.

And we all know we can’t trust The Supremes.

I’m tired of the negative nellies - the Debbie Downers - as well. I will take this as good news and will celebrate tonight with some Sons of Liberty Loyal Lemonade.

And I'm getting pretty tired of people who can't figure out how to post a comment without posting it several times. Been a rash of this lately. For future reference, only push the send button once. Sometimes it takes a while to send.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in the following districts:

Eastern District of Louisiana
Middle District of Louisiana
Western District of Louisiana
Northern District of Mississippi
Southern District of Mississippi
Eastern District of Texas
Northern District of Texas
Southern District of Texas
Western District of Texas

They can not issue a nationwide injunction (though several liberal activists judges have tried before..always shot down by Supremes) This ruling is only binding on these districts.

Roger that.
The cynicism is especially troubling considering how Trump showed us that one person can accomplish so much.
