The document I looked at didn't say that a temporary restraining order had been approved, it just said, "the Court should enter a TRO and grant Plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction immediately." It doesn't say the court actually did.
Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but can someone find court documents that state that an injunction was actually granted?
