If I ran a hospital I would send them a Warning Shot TODAY and Publicly Announce that we will NO longer Treat ANY Person Employed by the United States Federal Government .

This is going to get down right ugly if some of these COmpanies don't fight back. They have a lot of options, and the first should be to STOP all Service and Sales to New England, Fire all employee's necessary to get below 100, restructure things to be below 100...
