This afternoon, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before a congressional hearing, and he wasn't prepared for the kind of metaphorical beating he was going to receive. Senator Ted Cruz gave one helluva performance, skull dragging Garland for every single person in the chamber to see. It made for very compelling television. It was magnificent.
And before Garland could even begin to process anything, Cruz eviscerated him. He demonstrated just how the AG did, in fact, weaponize the DOJ against parents in an act of political persecution. Garland played stupid—which is never difficult for a leftist hack—as Cruz drilled into him about the FBI being sicked on parents, who the National School Board Association recently described as "domestic terrorists", an event linked directly to the recent rape of a young girl in a Loudoun County school.
Cruz proceeded to grind the white-haired radical into the floor as Garland refuses to answer questions relating to the conflict of interest regarding the DOJ protecting the teaching of CRT and his son-in-law profiting from it.
I cannot describe the throttling properly without thousands of words. Needless to say, you must watch the video to appreciate it, and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to spit at the end with that POS Durbin saying “poor guy has been in the seat four hours...”
Also he put some things on the record for when Garland is inevitably nominated to the SCOTUS.
Next question to this weasel, “You testified parents have a protected 1st Amendment rights to question school boards, what are you doing to protect Mr. Smith’s 1st Amendment rights from being dragged out of a school board meeting in handcuffs because he was upset the school board was lying about his daughter’s rape?”
Ted…you were great! Not politically, but legally. AG spoke as if he was Brandon.
Well, Geraldo agrees with you.......Does that give you a clue what a dumb az opinion it must be?
Thanks for the info illustrating the greenhorn moves that Garland made in front of Ted Cruz.
Glad Garland isn’t on the Supreme Court !!
Was that Cruz or Cotton?
“Sorry this Red Meat humiliations to score sound bite points and get hits on you tube video is next to being totally meaningless”
Cruz was not playing for sound bites. He is clearly passionate about it. It is on youtube. If at least 10,000 people see it, It is far from meaningless.
When I saw Ted come on I paused the show, made a plate of peanut butter/saltine crackers and poured a glass of milk to watch the action!
Cruz’s performance will help motivate other conservatives and help expose Garland for the scumbag that he is.

I totally agree. This sort of thing should happen more often. I don’t care if it 1/2 theater.
A list of The Weak Sisters of the Senate...
It's a hoot.
Cruz was very effective!
Garland’s memo was directed at “violence, threats of violence, and other forms of intimidation and harassment.” Because “intimidation and harassment” are “other forms,” that is, other than violence or the threat of it, they must be non-violent. Many critics have found Garland’s memo itself to be intimidating. Perhaps the FBI should investigate Garland for intimidating those with authority over school boards, i.e., voters.
The boundaries of the word “intimidation”are so uncertain that announcing that the FBI will be monitoring it is bound to chill speech.
Like Senator Cotton said. thank God this man didn’t make it on the Supreme court. What a disgrace, and way to go Ted!
I think this is the first time I ever heard anyone try to actually get an answer to a question
“... that POS Durbin...”
Poor Illinois, that POS Durbin has been in the seat since 1997.
Thanks for the link on Rumble. I would have much rather used a link to Rumble rather than YouTube. The YouTube link was in the article posted. Did you do a search to find the link on Rumble or did you see it somewhere else?
Unfortunately there are only 434 views on Rumble and 7,456 on YouTube at this time. We all need to do all we can to support Rumble.
You’re right it’s a must see video..and well worth the time. Garland was as guilty as sin and showed it.
Now if ‘every Republican’ would nail down these people in hearings like that something just might come of it.
That’s because only a couple or few Republicans care to stick their heads out and call it how it is. They never stick together!
Agree with you!
