This is seriously bizarre gaslighting. We know that the current injections are all under EUA and no mRNA injection has FDA approval for use in US.
I was under the impression that Biden issued an emergency EO ordering OSHA to require federal contractors, fed employees (except post office) and private businesses over 100 to submit to the vaccine and enforce the mandate. Is this not so? No paper trail? More gaslighting or what?
There is a reason for this. If there is no actual mandate, then there can be no legal challenges for the federal courts to take up. It’s an insidious way to enforce this because there are so many woke companies out there today who will do the dirty work for Gropey.

The thing for private companies with 100+ employees is supposed to come out through OSHA. That hasn't happened yet.
Once the OSHA regulations are issued, I will bet the following will occur in short order:
- The treasury department to issue banking regulations to mandate vaccine certification for anybody holding a bank account.
- The SEC mandating investment account regulations mandating vaccine certification for anybody holding an investment or brokerage account.
- A Transportation Department regulation mandating that states require proof of vaccination in order to issue driver licenses (with the threat of withholding highway funds for noncompliant states). Sort of like what they did back in the 80s to require all states to raise the drinking age to 21.
- “Adequate vaccination status” being required by HHS/CMS for continued eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid.
- A regulation from HHS mandating that all patients are currently vaccinated prior to receiving medical services.
And so on.
Not all at once...just one at a time (so the media talking heads can ridicule anybody who dares criticize...)
For example, the DL mandate: “What is the problem? Driving is not a RIGHT? Do you want to put our brave first responders in danger if they have to talk to you? Murderer!!!!!)

There are two executive orders that force vaccines on federal employees and federal contractors. Both wildly unconstitutional. Liberty Counsel has sued Biden over these mandates, but the timetable is so short. Part of the plan was to drop these so late no one could do anything about it. What is going on is so very deliberate and so very evil.
The OSHA one has not been released yet, so for companies over 100 people, with no federal contracts, there is no mandate. But it is coming.
I believe they purposely divided these orders. Take out the federal workers and contractors first before the absolute uproar when the OSHA releases its mandates.
Weaken America by removing those who love freedom and know how to create and use weaponry to defend it. Then they will come for the regular folk.
Yes, there is and it is with companies that have “covered contracts” with the executive branch of the federal government.
You may not be able to sue the Federal Government but you can sue businesses requiring vaccinations for you to work and feed your family for vaccine reactions. Of course by then it’s to late to avoid this reaction.

I am presently entwined in the EO in that my institution (Kansas State University) is a sub contractor to the fed govt for the various research projects and etc conducted.
So, effective Dec 8 via a townhall this past Friday, any employees or students will be terminated Dec 8 who have not submitted paperwork to prove full Covid vaccine compliance.
I am an almost 32 year employee (Beef Cattle Specialist) helping cattle producers in Kansas and surrounding states with nutrition and management questions. I enjoy my research and helping make producers as efficient as possible.
I am going to make them terminate me. Fuc$ them. My desire is to hire a red headed KU lawyer to sue to high heaven.

I am in the same boat as you, under the federal contractor mandate. It is absolutely ridiculous what is being done here.
A federal mandate that the federal government is making business enforce through bribery using our tax dollars!
