Not comprised entirely of siblings but Creedence Clearwater Revival had John and Tom Fogerty. I was listening to this one last night - John Fogerty's guitar work in the bridge (from about 3:00 mark until around 5:00) is incredible:

How about the Staple Singers (Pops Staples and daughters Cleotha, Mavis, Yvonne, and intermittently son, Pervis)? My favorite of theirs:
If You're Ready (Come Go with Me)
Obviously, the BeeGees were prominently displayed. Tons of great songs but I love the vocals on this one:
Fanny (Be Tender with My Love)
Maurice Gibb said that the vocals were so hard on this song that they wouldn't perform it in their concerts unless their mom was there. It was her favorite song, so the brothers would do it for her.
