Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci sounded off on Gen. Colin Powell dying of complications from a reported breakthrough case of COVID-19.
Co-host Willie Geist asked Fauci what he would tell people who argue Powell’s death shows the coronavirus vaccine doesn’t work.
Fauci, noting the “extremely unusual” situation Powell was in due to age and health, said the former Secretary of State himself would tell the vaccine-hesitant to “go ahead and get vaccinated.”
“First of all, it was very unfortunate. General Powell was truly a great, great American, and it’s very sad that he passed away,” Fauci replied. “But, as he himself — I knew General Powell, an extraordinary man — he would tell you himself, go ahead and get vaccinated because it really is a highly protective — his case was extremely unusual. Here’s a man who is in his mid-80s, who had a disease that makes your immune system highly compromised. He was on therapy that further compromises the immune system. So, he was at a much, much higher risk. I don’t think you should extrapolate that to people in general, even elderly people. He got vaccinated.”

Agree- among the many laughable things about his statement- a fully vaxxed guy who died of covid would tell us to get vaxxed- this is suppose to motivate people??
The blame is put on the cancer overriding the ability of the vaccine to work if my understanding of the argument about his death is correct.
It looks like the vaccine was worth warm spit to Colin Powell’s health.
He would also tell you that Saddam Hussein helped train the 9/11 hijackers and had WMDs he was going to use any day now. Oh wait...

They’re sure trying to backtrack on one of the most famous black authority figures dying from covid after being double vaccinated... Minorities have an aversion to doing vaccines, so this is a major blow to their campaign to get as many people vaxed as possible and their narrative that he would’ve died regardless of being vaccinated because he had other conditions really isn’t cutting the mustard.
Pfizer, touted as the best vaccine ever and now being jabbed into children between 5 and 12, essentially doesn’t work after a few months.
Somehow, I don’t see Powell as a Yul Brenner-type poster boy for this…
Yeah Colon, dying after the clot shot is an excellent promotion. At least the big nose gravel voice little criminal Foulchi says so.

I also wonder about the big push to vaccinate those thing immunosuppressant drugs, because of situations like organ transplants. It seems at best pointless to vaxx them and potentially dangerous. If their immune system is largely suppressed, then the spike proteins and going to be generated in various cells in the body, but never neutralized.

And knowing what he knows, he probably went with hydroxycloroquine and Ivermectin early on and never looked back.
