No, it's about procedure. It was an emergency appeal submitted to Breyer, because it's his district. His declining to accept the emergency appeal doesn't close the case.
Cowards all...people are drowning because of the swamp creatures, and the Supreme Court Justices stand there looking over the swamp with their arms folded and watch “We the People” fall back into the the water. They make me sick.
This isn’t a reflection on SCOTUS, but on Justice Beyer. His district- his ruling. But he stiil is wrong.

Until the Entire Judiciary is fully vaccinated, do they even have Standing to hear a case??

One justice weighed in. He is not the Supreme Court.
What I am about to say is from the 1980s near Watts, California.
A judge was beaten nearly to death by gang members. After that incident for which no one was arrested, this Judge was not allowed to step down and instead became an “owned” Judge. The Judge always ruled leniently against connected members of the prevalent gang known as “OGs”.
It was the first time I came close to understanding the script in Godfather Part 1:
TATTAGLIA
“Yes, Don Barzini — he’s too modest. He had all the judges and politicians in his pocket. He refused to share them.”
The LA drug gangs in the 1980s were so strong, they controlled judges and their ourts.
So I learned that courts are not about justice, they are about power. If you have the power meaning money or control of money, you get justice. If you don’t have it, you get the shaft.
If it didn’t hear an appeal it did not make any findings...it did not “weigh in”
What if the so-called “vaccine” is crap, and kills people?? Can businesses force employees to do anything, so long as it they’re doing it with good intentions? It’s amazing they won’t even considr the case.
SCOTUS has lost its moral authority. The people have an obligation to practice widespread civil disobedience now.
Let me guess... “no standing”
By federal law there can be no mandates with an experimental vaccine. Which is what we have.
Let them all get Covid after their defending the Vax mandates.
