Was President Biden's announcement Sept. 9 of a vaccine mandate for private companies employing 100 or more people a bluff to persuade more Americans to be vaccinated?
One month later, pointed out The Federalists' Joy Pullman, no rule has been issued by the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration, known as OSHA.
The nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have threatened to sue on constitutional grounds have not yet filed, because there is no mandate for them to bring to court.
That may be part of the plan, wrote Pullman, The Federalist's executive editor.
The Biden administration, she said, is imposing the public perception of a mandate by following an unusual rule-making process called an emergency temporary standard, or ETS.
But even through the emergency process, OSHA says it takes up to six months for a rule to go into effect after it is issued in the Federal Register. And that hasn't happened yet. Meanwhile, companies are telling reporters their vaccine mandates will have, at the latest, December deadlines.
Pullman observed that "using the ETS procedure instead of normal federal rule-making processes both allows the Biden administration to push its demands faster and without any public input or requirement of responding to public input, which is normally required of even legally laughable federal rule-making like this one would be."
"That is part of why ETS rules have been overwhelmingly overturned in courts," she wrote.

Corporations can make any rules they want.
The “mandate” does not have to be real. The government spokespeople have convinced many corporations to fire anyone who won’t submit to medical experiments.
That’s where we are right now.

It’s actually a brilliant strategy.
You can’t be challenged in court for something you haven’t done.
But all the companies dependent on government contracts are going to try to be proactive and implement the mandate.
And all the liberal led companies are going to line up in accordance with the government’s wishes.
And that will lead to a certain amount of group think and trend following companies will get in line.
Liberal states will fall in line.
A lot can be accomplished with a press release.
Look at how much Trump accomplished with the threat of tariffs, most of which never materialize except on the Chinese.
The number of Boot Lickers, in highly placed positions of power, across the very top levels of Government, is staggering.
Who needs a written order? Who needs cross-verification? Let’s just scrap the Constitution based on the ramblings of a senile, dementia patient - and watch the Pillow Biters line up, to shred the Constitution, trample the rights of those who they can, - because they imagine themselves tyrants.

One month after the Biden administration announced a draconian federal vaccine mandate that impacted an estimated 100 million Americans and led to mass firings of public servants, teachers, and medical workers, the federal regulation still has not been formally issued.
The Federalist reported . . in a post on Thursday that noted, “Joe Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Exist. It’s Just A Press Release”:
Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet.
That’s why nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have publicly voiced their opposition to the clearly unconstitutional and illegal mandate haven’t yet filed suit against it, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General confirmed for me. There is no mandate to haul into court. And that may be part of the plan.
According to several sources, so far it appears no such mandate has been sent to the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs yet for approval. The White House, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Department of Labor haven’t released any official guidance for the alleged mandate. There is no executive order. There’s nothing but press statements.
Despite what you may have been . . . led to believe by the media, . . . press statements have exactly zero legal authority.
“There is nothing there yet that gives employers any mandate,” Stephanie McFarland, spokeswoman for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, told The Federalist’s Joy Pullman on Oct. 6. “The president made an announcement on this asking OSHA to do it, but we’ve not yet seen anything come from it yet,”. When the state agency gets any further information, she said, they’ll review it.”

Mediot press statements have 0/Zero legal authority.
However, apparently, many so called Fascists/Woke Corporations, like Southwest Air, are doing the dirty work for Biden re eliminating the unvaxed employees from their work forces!
Because they were looking for an excuse to implement vaccine mandates.
I don't think corporations actually LIKE the idea of imposing mandates like this, but they find them preferable to a completely untenable situation where their employees use COVID and vaccination status as a reason not to come to work.
He did not issue a mandate. But it doesn’t matter. The media and the dems all knew that their job was to promote the lie that a mandate was in effect. So, for all practical purposes, there was a mandate.
They also did a magic trick with the “approval” of the vax. The one we’re getting was not approved. The approval was for something that doesn’t exist. But it didn’t matter. The media and the dems all knew that their job was to act as if a true approval had been received.
This is a relatively new trick. They no longer have to pass any laws, or issue any regulations. All they have to do now is ANNOUNCE that they are going to do so, and voila it’s in effect! And the law/regulation can’t be challenged in court because it never happened.
We watched the pillow biters line up to shred the Constitution on Usurpation Day and every day after that, vociferously arguing that the founders did not mean to exclude those with multiple nationalities when they insisted on someone who was naturally an American because they could not be anything else.
It is absurd to believe that any of the founders would find the last King of Thailand to be a natural born citizen, even though he was born in Cambridge MA.

No, they can’t. In an ideal world, that would be true; but this is
a) corporations acting as the enforcement arm of a hostile government (there’s some F word for that...);
b) corporations acting in contradiction to international law regarding informed consent, much less experimental medicine; and
c) corporations acting in concert (anti-trust violation) within industries to mandate that employees put something into their bodies (please explain how that’s any different than your boss telling you that you must put an unwanted part of him/her into you as a condition of employment!)
That might be just a start; but it’s easy to point out several ways in which these actions are not something where companies can ‘do whatever they want.’
It’s cute that you think that.
Check your calendar: it’s 2021.
Some are, but there’s a more insidious reason that this is working so well for Biden, or whoever is really calling the shots in this administration.
The CEO, CFO, and board of directors are legally and ethically bound to maximize shareholder value, among other things. But that really is at the top of the list. Even closely-held companies have shareholders, and they expect a return on their investment.
If a company has accepted government work, Biden’s edict demanding that Federal contractors mandate the shots for their employees is smart from his perspective. Puts a CEO and a board in the position of exposing the company to loss of those contracts at best, and certain litigation risks that are probably larger than those faced from the mandates.
The state is putting pressure in exactly the right spot if they want to coerce people without having the risk of direct blowback on themselves. Biden is obviously a vegetable, but whoever is running the show has some very good lawyers working for him, at minimum.
