Female assailant seen shoving 42-year-old woman, who suffered severe facial injuries from hitting moving train
Disturbing video released by the New York Police Department Monday shows a woman getting up from a bench and shoving another woman into a moving subway train entering a Times Square station during the early morning rush hour commute in what’s believed to be an unprovoked attack.
The female suspect, whom police describe as a woman in her 30s wearing a multicolored scarf, black shirt and beige pants, is seen getting up from a bench inside the 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue station and suddenly shoving a 42-year-old woman, who is off camera.

If you watch the video she is black. The only thing you can see of the victim is her backpack.
It vary obvious from the tape it was a premeditated attack.
The police and/or the reporters are cowards for not providing the race of the assailant.
I wish I could see the video.. A huge picture of Carlson covers the screen and asks you to join FOX News e-mail updates...It won’t go away...

That is my thought too.
A woman, or a man dressed to appear as a woman.
Not white. That would’ve been in the description.
But really, do we need the media to tell us what EVERYONE already knows?
NYC is getting bad. It’s reminding me of the late 80’s early ‘90’s right now. I ride the PATH every day for work and one needs to be extra aware of their surroundings these days. Away from the track and preferably with your back close to a wall or column.
I believe she was contemplating pushing her before the train arrived.

That’s a detailed description of the assailant’s clothing, but something is missing about the description. I can’t quite put my finger on it.
