Charlotte, NC — Governments moved Monday to limit the fallout from a release of millions of documents detailing how leaders have used offshore tax havens to hide assets worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
The documents were obtained by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) and released in stories by media partners including The Washington Post, the BBC and The Guardian.

Nothing will come of it. Wasn’t there a ‘bombshell’ document that came out a few years back that warranted the same raised eyebrows and just wound up falling flat?
The media controls the narrative. The media is controlled by the elites. Occasionally the proles leak some damning information, but the uninformed masses continue to lap up the media’s pabulum. Into the memory hole!

No need for these global leaders to scramble. They are as safe as one can be.

They are so rich they hire publicity agencies (plural) to handle this kind of ‘problem’.
Nothingburger. Not because it’s not a big deal. But because absolutely nothing will happen to any of them.
I haven’t read much on this, seems rather old news. Who in the US has done this? Names please, all of them! I guess whether public figures or not, all should be given chance to revise tax returns and pay taxes, else face prosecution.
Sounds like a massive blackmailing scheme gone wrong.
There is no freedom without financial privacy. And if you are wealthy in some countries, maybe all countries these days, you are a target for governments and mafia and hungry lawyers. Having some of your wealth abroad, not obviously connected to you, can be a lifesaver when the wind shifts and you do become that target.
What is notable then for me is that the elite want that kind of privacy but would deny it to you.
Are the “Pandora” Papers a “masked” effort to push for global governance or should I say an unmasking to subvert global leaders that don’t walk the China road or are in fact, as dirty as they can be? Enquiring minds want to know.
Anything to divert attention to the coup that installed ‘PLA Cho’ Biden.
Any mention of the Clintons btw? I wouldn’t bet on it.
And they want Julian Assange dead for doing the same thing...................
There are ways to do it legally but for Americans just having an account you don’t tell them about is a felony. Moving money without telling them is a felony.

Why? I have money in off shore accounts. It is not illegal.
Good thing no American Liberal Socialist Politicians and Deep State Bureaucrats were involved in any of this, it might look bad.
