Oh no! Idiot is a person 0-40 IQ, mentality less than 2 years old. Cannot read, really cannot function.
Biden demonstrably can read, almost fluently, written statements.
Sometimes, he can answer simple questions, especially if given beforehand.

Biden has ALWAYS been “kind of an idiot” - if not an outright “idiot.” On the best day of his life he might have risen to the level of “kind of an idiot.”
No, at present Joseph Stolen is a senile “kind of idiot,” which means that he makes the same old mistakes and worse, but now can’t tie his own shoes, doesn’t remember who he is or where he is. So he’s now completely controlled by his handlers (the boss of whom is likely Obama or Jarrett) who are not senile and not idiots, but who are evil and desirous of extinguishing anything that was ever good about this country.
“Kind of an idiot?” We should be so lucky.
