The manager said all remaining customers had to place their orders online because the restaurant was short on staff. So I am standing in line to place an order and they want me to go home, fire up my computer and place an order and come back at which point the place will be closed.
In what universe does this make sense?
Not a shooting offense, do not get me wrong but this was very poor customer service.
