“if you’re the type who actually reads articles.”
Well, that’s an insulting insinuation! As if we don’t all read the articles all the way to the end. Harrumph!!

This is a load of hogwash. Biden said during the campaign he was going to “shut down the virus”. Surely you are not implying with this post that the most popular president in American history would either been confused or lying? sarc.

I read the article. And it's as much about getting the vax as it is about getting on with life.
I wonder of the 1/8th of pregnant moms who got the vax while pregnant and ended up with unplanned abortions or stillbirth are still glad they got the vax.

Now that we know the jabbed get the Delta anyway, I started wondering if the unjabbed people who are otherwise healthy and have never had an annual flu shot might be better able to fight all versions of COVID because they have more of their natural immunity intact.

Most, if not all respiratory viruses have an animal reservoir.
They’re not like smallpox, which only ever learnt how to infect humans.

It already was, except for the part of the virus Mr. Fauci added to its genome.

I am sure that like myself most people here on FR came to this conclusion after the first two or three months. Has my family been more careful around elderly and people with comorbidities? YES. Have we lived life normally otherwise?YES. There are two realities right now. Those like me who have accepted this and the other half who will continue to live in fear, judgement, and disappointment. This is not going away.

Hey! I have an idea. How about we try early intervention therapy before they get so sick they need to be hospitalized?
Would we allow someone with pneumonia to linger until they require ICU?

"Be sure to read the comments, too, if you're the type who actually reads articles."It's a shame he gets the "endemic" instead of "pandemic" (which makes it a "plendemic" instead of a "plandemic", but whatever); it's grossly unfortunate he recommends the grossly-flawed jabs. At least he finished up well enough.

Well, how far along the stages of grief are Fauci and Biden: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance? Many of us are pretty far past even acceptance but the government seems stuck in denial and anger.

"Be sure to read the comments, too, if you're the type who actually reads articles."
A lot of people will not be able to read the article because they refuse to register to read.
Anyway from the article:
"It doesn't matter if vaccines are not perfect or if you can still get sick -- because they greatly reduce the chance of hospitalization and death, they are worth pursuing."
Has the author consider it does matter to the parents and people that have lost relatives or injury relatives from the vaccine? Or the author does care?
It would be interesting to see how many young people who died or was injury from those vaccines that are not perfect in hopes the not perfect vaccine protects them more death or injury from Covid.
Maybe that data will be available next year to study if they do not hide it.

An endemic isn't just an argument for the full-open Sweden model, it is a
mandate. The sooner COVID goes through the population, the sooner it is degraded, as Spanish flu degraded into an ordinary H1N1 A.
And then there's that pesky matter of a China's Act of War upon the global community to fully address...
