I'm against mandatory vaccines for the military. That being said, Biden has NOT said that troops should be dishonorably discharged.
The rider included in the bill mandates that troops cannot be given anything except an honorable discharge for refusing to take the vaccine, and Biden opposes that rider. The author then incorrectly infers that if you're not getting an honorable discharge, that must mean you're getting a dishonorable discharge. That's where the headline comes from.
As anyone military person can tell you, those are far from the only two kind of discharges available, and the idea that Biden would be able to hand out all those dishonorable discharges like that is ridiculous on its face. There are a bunch of other types of discharges between "honorable" and "dishonorable" of which the writer of the article is apparently ignorant, some of which are considered administrative rather than punitive.
I still think it is wrong, but that doesn't make it right to mischaracterize what has actually been stated because it makes our side look like jackasses who don't know what we are talking about.

Wonder why?????, it’s called separation of powers. The executive branch cannot dictate to the legislative branch. Otherwise, the executive branch could tell the legislative branch which laws to pass, what appropriations should be made.

First, Nuremburg is not a part of US code. If you doubt that, then show me where it’s been incorporated into US law by either legislative act or by treaty.
Second, the vaccines are not ‘experimental’ despite all the anti-vaxxer propaganda.
Thanks for the clarification. Regardless though, mandating it for anyone IMO is simply wrong and against our rights as American citizens.
My body my choice was deemed Constitutional when it comes to abortion. What’s the difference here? Dumb question, right?

Yes, that I understand, but as American CITIZENS don’t they fall under the category of needing to adhere to the law? They cannot speed in their cars if they feel like it. Can’t kill someone and not be charged (unless they get away with it as many have). They cannot light their neighbor’s house on fire. They cannot vote as many times as they want. So as a citizen why are they exempt if this is nationally mandated?
At least they will be alive and they can challenge it down the road.
The gov’t wants to keep the infection and re-infection alive and well, among the American Citizens.
If a person resigned from the armed forces prior to the vaccine drop-dead date, how can one be charged with insubordination? Are people *not* free to resign from a service they voluntarily joined?

I’m sure discharging half the troops sounds like a great idea to the regime. It saves them the effort of trying to prove these troops are domestic terrorists because they made a pro Trump post on Facebook. If a soldier stands up to the scamdemic BS, the regime wants him gone and replaced by a dependable woke product of public education.

Yes, the last thing the Biden regime wants are soldiers who think for themselves. They want them to “just follow orders”.
First the Nuremberg Code is HUGE, and not something to dismiss. This was about the Holocaust and how you treat human beings. This is what agreed by the Allies after WWII. For you to dismiss it says a lot about you.
Oh and just because you got lied to by the fake stream news about what was approved. It was a continuation of the EUA. The only thing FDA approved was Comirnaty that is not even production.
People are anti medical tyranny, coercion and not anti-vaccine. Most people that question this have had many vaccines.
I’ve listened to people whose job is to understand what the FDA approved, and they are all saying it was not approved. You have been duped once again.
