If a person resigned from the armed forces prior to the vaccine drop-dead date, how can one be charged with insubordination? Are people *not* free to resign from a service they voluntarily joined?

Officers outside any initial mandatory obligation can pretty much resign when they wish because they’re not under a contract. Enlisted who go from contract to contract cannot resign until the end of their current term of enlistment.
