Two of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s children have tested positive for the coronavirus and his family is following “all COVID protocols,” his office announced Friday.
“The Newsoms continue to support masking for unvaccinated individuals indoors to stop the spread and advocate for vaccinations as the most effective way to end this pandemic,” said a statement from Erin Mellon, spokesperson in the governor’s office.

So maybe the Governor needs to ‘get lost’ for about 14 days or more. You know, work on flattening that curve.
In my world politicians ride in on pony for 1 month a year. I do not care to know much about them and their children other than to wish them as much harm as they impose on the people.

If they didn’t have symptoms what reason would there be for them getting tested
Maybe just being extra careful, but I think it’s more likely that they got tested because they did have symptoms.

And clearly the childrens’ magik masks did NOTHING to protect them.
Even then, it will never completely go away. Spanish flu is still around nowadays. We have immunity to it though.
