Prove it, hospital asks unvaccinated employees claiming religious exemption

A hospital system in Arkansas is making it a bit more difficult for staff to receive a religious exemption from its COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The hospital is now requiring staff to also swear off extremely common medicines, such as Tylenol, Tums, and even Preparation H, to get the exemption. "Thus," Troup went on, "we provided a religious attestation form for those individuals requesting a religious exemption," he said. The form includes a list of 30 commonly used medicines that "fall into the same category as the COVID-19 vaccine in their use of fetal cell lines," Conway Regional said.

The list includes Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, aspirin, Tums, Lipitor, Senokot, Motrin, ibuprofen, Maalox, Ex-Lax, Benadryl, Sudafed, albuterol, Preparation H, MMR vaccine, Claritin, Zoloft, Prilosec OTC, and azithromycin.

See above. This game is literally social media “gotcha” garbage.

The HEK293 line was obtained from an abortion done in 1972. Aspirin, Tylenol and many of the other things there long predate that cell line.

The game the hospital is playing is trying to use the fact that new experiments have been done on HEK293 cells with preexisting substances like aspirin and Tylenol.

Pfizer and Moderna used the HEK293 in the actual testing and development phase of the new vaccines (but not the manufacture). The hospital is trying to equate the two things, but they aren’t the same.

I figured it was something like that, but doubtful that most of the petitioners knew.

In any event, as you point out, now that we know, maybe they have inadvertently given us a new issue. Certainly seems like this is something that should be prominently disclosed to buyers, especially of OTC drugs.

"wonder how all these people would react if they asked for their AIDS status--"

Yes. Beside turning your personal heath records over to them- Employers will now be able to ask about HIV status-which would also include sexual orientation--They will want to know how many partners employees have had. They will probably want to monitor everyone's weekend activities.. This is one big can of worms being opened....

I found the source article at https://arstechnica.com/science/2021/09/hospital-staff-must-swear-off-tylenol-tums-to-get-religious-vaccine-exemption/

I’d like to see that form that employees are being asked to sign. Sounds like a land mine for the employer.

The employers can test sincerity, blanket statements like “your church doesn’t believe that” won’t cut it.

29 CFR § 1605.1: In most cases whether or not a practice or belief is religious is not at issue. However, in those cases in which the issue does exist, the Commission will define religious practices to include moral or ethical beliefs as to what is right and wrong which are sincerely held with the strength of traditional religious views. This standard was developed in United States v. Seeger, 380 U.S. 163 (1965) and Welsh v. United States, 398 U.S. 333 (1970). The Commission has consistently applied this standard in its decisions. The fact that no religious group espouses such beliefs or the fact that the religious group to which the individual professes to belong may not accept such belief will not determine whether the belief is a religious belief of the employee or prospective employee. The phrase “religious practice” as used in these Guidelines includes both religious observances and practices, as stated in section 701(j), 42 U.S.C. 2000e(j).”

The fact that an employee didn’t always act in a manner consistent with the belief is not the legal standard either, as religious beliefs can change over time.

“HEK 293 cells were generated in 1973 by transfection of cultures of normal human embryonic kidney cells with sheared adenovirus 5 DNA in Alex van der Eb’s laboratory in Leiden, the Netherlands.”

“They are called HEK since they originated in human embryonic kidney cultures, while the number 293 came from Graham’s habit of numbering his experiments; the original HEK 293 cell clone was from his 293rd experiment.”

“A comprehensive study of the genomes and transcriptomes of HEK 293 and five derivative cell lines compared the HEK 293 transcriptome with that of human kidney, adrenal, pituitary and central nervous tissue. The HEK 293 pattern most closely resembled that of adrenal cells, which have many neuronal properties. Given the location of the adrenal gland (adrenal means “next to the kidney”), a few adrenal cells could plausibly have appeared in an embryonic kidney derived culture, and could be preferentially transformed by adenovirus. Adenoviruses transform neuronal lineage cells much more efficiently than typical human kidney epithelial cells. An embryonic adrenal precursor cell therefore seems the most likely origin cell of the HEK 293 line.”

Just tell the demons’ helpers what you have to. They’re trying to use your rules against you. The 9th is the closest to lying. Does it really count here?

Thanks for the info.

They are coming pretty close to claiming that by means of this attestation.

Perhaps vaccine makers should try to develop a new cell line from miscarriage adrenal tissue.

I'm starting to wonder if some of this is a side-effect of not using live animals for testing products as much. Just as some products say "Cruelty Free", we should push for products that are "Fetal Development/Testing Free".

The COVID vaccine is not the only modern medicine to be made with fetal stem cell research

https://youtu.be/jefOuhHCu5E

it is about them being tested on fetal cell lines, not made with fetal cell lines

Where are the unions when people actually need them?

These old-timer medications, although not perfect, have long-established, supportive track records.

On the other hand, consider the following allegations against experimental CV19 "vaccine."

Freedom of Religion doesn’t mean Freedom “only if”. It is an on or off switch, no compromise. The burden of proof is on them, They have to prove different.

For many nurses it is a matter of personal safety.

In modern America, products that might cause death are frowned upon.

Lawyers and the federal government have convinced Americans that every product should be 100% safe. Covid vaccines simply do not meet the now expected American standard of 100% safe.

Perhaps hospitals could offer their now unvaccinated staff testing before vaccination, to get reference levels, and at say post-vaccination day 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 with complete blood counts to monitor platelet levels and D-dimer and platelet factor 4 testing as medically indicated.

Interestingly enough the Indian and Chinese inactivated virus vaccines didn’t use fetal cell lines in their development. They used Vero Monkey cells for their testing and R&D.

There are other vaccines which use fetal cell lines.

Here is a list along with ethical alternatives:
