Last thing you want is a bunch of people going postal
“Should be no problem - they only go door-to-door of every house and business in the neighborhood.”
Yes. What a joke.
If this were truly necessary it would be postal workers who need it most due to the magnitude and variety of their daily interactions.
Probably, if you belong to the independent contractor union. They protect their members pretty good too.
Because as an Independent Agency the postal service is insulated from presidential control. He can’t.
lol—Health has _nothing_ to do with the current craziness.
There is no way to pound that square peg into a round hole.
They only handle crap that we have to open. I’m sure they pose no threat *đł*
Or the CDC
Spot on!! This just undercut any argument Biden would have using OSHA regs for workplace safety. It also undercuts any argument based on general public safety. He doesn’t care if he loses in Court. His and the Dems goal is to paint the GOP and SCOTUS as facilitating Covid deaths with Biden as the great protector whose efforts are blocked by death wish Republicans.
Right. So everyone else has to play Russian Roulette except the mailmen. Makes sense and is perfectly legal!

What happens when his voters like blacks and Hispanics don’t take the jab?????
Postal Workers are Essential Workers.
They must not be impacted or they wonât be available to throw away
conservative mail-in votes and collect blank ballots for further âprocessingâ.

The Postal Employees’ Safety Enhancement Act (Public Law 105-241) (PESEA), enacted on September 28, 1998, subjects the United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service or USPS) to all provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (the Act) in the same manner as a private sector employer.
I have a feeling they didnât think this through very well. This seems like a very easy way to challenge It in court. I almost wonder if they want their mandate to fail but you need to speech to rile up their base to heat the unvaccinated.
It almost seems like he wants to lose in court with this decision so they can blame someone else.
Well why doesn't Mr 'I have the power', use his power to nullify the Postal Worker Union then?
Communists always take care of their own...
If thatâs true about the union contract, then federal contractors would be exempt as well since itâs not in their contract.
Crazy quilt
I almost wonder if they want their mandate to fail but you need to speech to rile up their base to heat the unvaccinated.

I don’t think they care if their mandate fails. They are counting on thousands of companies mandating it in the meantime.
Sure, there will be a few companies that will fight it, but many will be more than happy to force vaccinate, because now they will have the protection of the government behind them.
It will achieved their goal whether they win or not.
