A three-star U.S. Army lieutenant general caught some attention over the weekend when she referred to British troops as Americans.
In a now-deleted tweet on Saturday, Lt. Gen. Maria Gervais tweeted a photo of dozens of troops crammed together while sleeping in tight confines. “This picture is worth 1000 words—thanks to these American hero’s #Grateful.”
Gervais’ tweet quickly caught attention from social media commentators who soon noticed that the troops crammed together in the picture were not in fact Americans. Instead, the troops pictured were British.
Gervais deleted the erroneous tweet, but not before it was archived and the post garnered hundreds of comments and was liked and retweeted thousands of times on Twitter.

I think she meant well. And in any case, they are American heroes, since they did what ours weren’t allowed to do. And I don’t think the General likes our exclusion by our own government, and possibly even intentionally posted it.
Look up her history, she had one real command, a CBR Bn. The rest were XO and Exec positions with no real command function. Her General assignments were Chief of Staff and CBRN assignments. No one wanted to stop her rise in the ranks, but no one wanted her anywhere near a real Command.
This moron is in charge of all doctrine and training. She will get a fourth star and be on Joint Chiefs one day.

The tip off should have been the horrible ‘lack of diversity’ of the troops pictured. Apparently the British Army (unlike, say the British Broadcasting Company or Joe Biden) doesn’t realize that the key to success in any field is ‘diversity!’

USA could not defeat Taliban or Iran now—How will she do against Russia? China? Both would win a defensive war by the USA. BUT Biden will not risk one Democrat City to save Ukraine or Taiwan—or South Korea or even Japan or Australia. As long as China Pays and doesn’t expose his many sins—they can have all of Asia and Russia the Old states of the USSR (Russian Empire).
