The Justice Department said Monday that it will not tolerate violence against anyone to obtain an abortion in Texas as federal officials continued to explore options to challenge the new state law that bans most abortions.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said the Justice Department would 'protect those seeking to obtain or provide reproductive health services' under a federal law known as the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
Garland said in a statement that federal prosecutors are still urgently exploring options to challenge the Texas law.

Let me guess, they will make speech a major issue so that when someone advises a woman NOT to get an abortion, that would be considered WRONG in the eyes of Merrick and others.
They are so accommodating when it comes to abortion but when it comes to a vax/shot, forget it!

We should extend the invitation to secede on a county by county basis.
While we're at it, since we'd be forming a new country, we should extend the invitation to counties in Canada and Mexico as well.

§1841. Protection of unborn children
a)(1) Whoever engages in conduct that violates any of the provisions of law listed in subsection (b) and thereby causes the death of, or bodily injury (as defined in section 1365) to, a child, who is in utero at the time the conduct takes place, is guilty of a separate offense under this section.
(2)(A) Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, the punishment for that separate offense is the same as the punishment provided under Federal law for that conduct had that injury or death occurred to the unborn child's mother.
The unborn exist in a dual state; a living human and/or an object to be disposed of as deemed convenient. This nation has gone around the bend.
