“What I don’t remember is if any of the insurrectionists were prosecuted.”
They weren’t.

This is a test of whether or not your local LE will defend you from the feds. One of the capitol “rioters” was from my county. The story I get was the fed showed up under dark of night to nab this guy, but was met by the local sheriff’s department. A prick-measuring contest ensued, but the fed blinked. The sheriff set up an interview room where the fed did their interview, and he was eventually charged with trespassing. From what I understand, the guy is sitting at home and never left the state.
These poor people finally give in and plead so they will leave them alone..
A judge wondering why those arrested for trespassing aren’t being made to pay for capital grounds damage?
It’s called evidence beyond reasonable doubt that a particular individual used their body parts to cause that damage.
Is that basic tenant of our legal system that hard for her to comprehend? Resign.
What are they pleading guilty to? What crime?
What the Nazis did to the Jews, Democrats will do to us.
Enough is enough!
We need to fight for the rights of these innocent rally goers. They did nothing wrong & are being treated cruelly while thugs, murderers, rapists and terrorists are out enjoying their freedom because...Covid!
It’s past time we contacted authorities and get them set free! https://USA.gov lists every government agency, NGO,
politcians, Judges and departments, from locals to Federals!
Time to make some noise & get these people released! Please contact them and demand their release. These are people just like you and me! Enough of these tyrants!
The amount of money the DOJ is spending on a nothing burger dwarfs the 1.5m in damages supposedly caused by the mostly peaceful protestors.
“...to repair $1.5 million in damage to the Capitol.”

And how many billions in military equipment was just lost to the Taliban in the inept withdraw from Afghanistan by Biden?
Thanks DOJ we all feel so much safer knowing you’re so aggressively pursuing misdemeanors and totally ignoring more consequential crimes from BLM protests, Hunter’s laptop, spying on a presidential candidate and colluding with others to over throw him, a stolen election, etc.
Yeah, great job girls.
No charges on Antifa or FBI who organized the break-in.
Disney fired Gina Carrano for tweeting what you just posted.
They said she was an antisemite.
The defendants know they would be tried in a DC kangaroo court. Needed: a change in the trial venue rules so Tepublicans can get fair trials.

There’s a picture out on the internet of the feds at a guy’s house arresting him for 1/6. There is a sheriff’s deputy standing in the background. I have said very critically that that deputy is the one who is supposed to be protecting us, but there he is with the feds. Based on what you said hopefully I was wrong and maybe the deputy was there to make sure the feds acted properly. I hope.
When Trump comes back in ‘24 his first order of business should be to pardon the 1/6 Patriots.
Where is the legal defense for these folks? I understand one of the lawyers has disappeared or is not available. Some powerful law firm needs to combine these cases so as to challenge government on habeas corpus, other constitutionally protected rights including expression, rights of the accused, detention practice, speedy trial etc. They seem to be just picking individuals off at one time, incarcerating them without any organized or competent representation or challenge. Where are wealthy conservative individuals/organization, attorneys etc. that should be deeply involved in the defense of these people? If nothing is done, what the government is doing he will be the template for handling conservative protest in the future.
Capital Protest > 50
Insurrectionists across the nation > 0
Priorities... juuuuuuust a little screwed up.
All it takes is one short video of the Capital Police letting
in people with instructions to be good, to collapse these
cases once and for all.
And to fire and incarcerate the officials who denied their
civil rights.
This witch hunt beats anything I’ve ever seen.
If you came to Washington, you’re guilty! B.S.
Man.... I need to get my eyes checked cause I could have sworn you wrote fire and incinerate the officials...
