To be honest, stop the rebuilding of the cities and areas that are routinely hit by these storms. It’s a clear definition of insanity. Want to live on the coast...fine. But it’s all on you to rebuild and/or save yourself when another storm comes barreling through.
I wouldn’t trust ANY decision from a mayor named “LaToya”...

Anyway, how many arrested doesn’t even matter anymore. Convicted and jailed? That matters. It will be an exceedingly tiny percentage in a Dem city.
Issue a notice about alligator and copperhead bites. That might cut down on the nighttime activity.

Back in the day, looters were shot on sight after a hurricane. Those were the days.
They loot Walgreens and other stores on a daily basis in broad daylight and nothing happeneds
