I am a Viet/cold war vet, and I did not ‘retire’. I separated, because of that darn “You are responsible for your dependents, whether you are at your duty station or not.” That includes if your wife threatens the base commander, while living in quarters!!
So, since the UCMJ states “retired”, and not “separated’,

ONI doesn’t know how to read directives. Consistent with their lack of intelligence.
1. Article 88 only deals with active duty officers.
2. DoDD 1344.10 of 2008 doesn’t prohibit retired military from calling Xiden a dipshit, but there are prohibitions on political activities depending on how many days have passes since the retiree left active duty.
So yes, Biden is a dipshit and illegitimate occupier of the White House.
What are they gonna do to this retiree? Court Martial me? Withhold my pension? This administration is beyond salvation. And I am not not active duty anymore. This missive is beyond comprehension to entail those who had finished their service. Why are they circling the wagon to protect this administration. There is something fishy in Denmark!
ONI is full of crap. This only applies to active or inactive reserve, but once separated from all service and the service can no longer legally call you back up to active duty they have no authority to say a dam thing under UCMJ, you are a civilian.
Respect is earned, not demanded.
They believe that ordering the military that they cannot disrespect Biden over the Afghanistan situation, this silence will be read as RESPECT of Biden.
They are attempting to create a situation based on a big lie.
Biden is NOT respected. He earned all the disrespect he is now receiving. He is counting on all the silence to be offered as proof of the respect his military is giving him.
One hundred twenty-four retired admirals and generals signed a letter questioning the validity of the 2020 election and U.S. President Joe Biden’s mental acuity. Is DOD going to go after these gentleman? Only commissioned officers retired are subject to the UCMJ for life and they have to do something really really bad to disgrace the uniform to be court martialed in retirement. This is nothing more than Joe Bite me going after talking heads on TV and media and if this government ever attempted to go after anyone for calling Biden a fool they will reap such a back lash so quickly the administration would fall.
