Here, let me rewrite that bit in plain English and turn the deception down a few notches:
- Politically-minded elements of the intelligence community produced a classified report that cherry picked information they liked and ignored information they didn't like to fit a media narrative that the administration wants to advance.
- The report comes over a year and a half after the relevant source reports for such an assessment would have been generated and those source reports would have been subject to dozens of briefings and assessments to the President themselves, but due to political expediency, they will no longer be considered canon.
- The "dissent" block of this assessment report was deleted in its entirety because it added too much length to the assessment and could become a source of confusion for administration officials who are more interested in brevity and conformity than accuracy and truth. Sources and analysis which did not conform to the predetermined assessment was excised.

PS: The much touted FDA approval appears to be a head fake, according to Dr. Robert Malone, who invented the mRNA technology later used for the Covid 'vaccines' which he is against.

He's saying they are playing fast and loose to confuse the public into believing the FDA has approved the vax, and to falsely signal the employers to go after mandates. It's a scam, like everything else about the Wuhu Flu.

Synopsis: There are two letters in one. No full authorization until 2023 or 2024, the way Dr. Malone reads them. The one that has the liability shield is the current one, it's still under EUA. The one that's approved, is still being developed, it doesn't exist yet, and has not liability shield. They acknowledge the cardiomyopathy issues require a 5-year follow-up.
