A document that the group’s founder Catherine Engelbrecht circulated to prospective donors, obtained by Breitbart News, details several facets of the investigation—which centers on what the group describes as the collection of cell phone GPS ping data in key election hotspots around the country including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.
“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”
In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

My analysis of Michigan is that the Republicans were in on the steal.
Not all of them - but the ones who pull the strings behind the scenes.
oh, i was thinking rock the vote.
sorry
Interesting.
How do they know who voted historically?
I’m not disputing anything just curious on how they did it
The “bad guys” want you to believe that but the opposite is true. It only takes one weak link to roll on the others.“
So, do you think any 2020 electors will actually get decertified?
How was True The Vote able to get cell phone data?
Not leftist. IIRC, one of the very first, if not the first, organization re voter fraud — maybe a decade ago. I think I was getting their emails before 2010.
“Unless they had sources within law enforcement helping them, but you would think a warrant would be needed”
Maybe anonymous patriot whistle blower(s) within Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. ???
The information is collected for commercial and government purposes and is authorized in the fine print of cell phone contracts and smartphone apps.
Of course, what else did anyone think was the Dims ultimate purpose in the “ballot drop boxes”; very simple, impossible to identify chain of custody of a ballot.
Do tell nobody, but when I was eleven I got hold of the names and phone numbers of almost everyone in my town; just a big ol’ list of ‘em all right there in front of me in black and white.
Just think what I coulda done if I’d a had a product to market.
Thanks RACPE.
I think maybe it’s not so hard to get the list of numbers and geo locations. Then just plot the numbers to show frequencies of location and connect them to drop boxes and such.
But to get the names connected to the numbers would be a big deal, requiring subpoenas.
But I’m just speculating; I don’t know.
terabytes of data
Where have I heard that recently?
How’d it work out?
nothing
Okay, if wanted to get the same data, where would I got and download it or request it...??
Get a lot of cash together and hire experts to buy and process it.
Perhaps, but doesn’t it feel sort of wrong that private individuals can gather enough data to trace your activities based on the location of your cell phone all without a warrant or any suspicion of doing anything wrong....
In this case, if they can prove massive voter fraud we would all cheer for it, but what if the same data is used to track gun owners or some other activity we on the right engage in...??
Absolutely brilliant. They took the number 1 target of the fraudsters, the ballot drop box, and via cell phone data, tracked the fraudsters abusing the box. Brilliant!!
Pair this with the info gathered in AZ and soon GA and we really have something for the courts to work with.
Peep holes in the envelopes? They’ll stop at nothing!
Plausible.
