Maybe anonymous patriot whistle blower(s) within Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. ???
I think maybe it’s not so hard to get the list of numbers and geo locations. Then just plot the numbers to show frequencies of location and connect them to drop boxes and such.
But to get the names connected to the numbers would be a big deal, requiring subpoenas.
But I’m just speculating; I don’t know.
