The establishment is wasting no time announcing vaccine mandates in the military and in New York and California minutes after the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of the COVID mRNA injection.
Just minutes after the FDA’s announcement, Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby announced Monday that the military is now requiring soldiers to get the jab under threat of court martial.
“Now that the Pfizer vaccine has been approved, the Defense Department is prepared to issue new guidance requiring all service members to be vaccinated,” Kirby told reporters.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced a similar requirement for city workers, making it the first city to issue a flat-out vaccine mandate.
“Today, the New York City Department of Health will be issuing an order requiring all staff in the New York City Public Schools to be vaccinated,” de Blasio said.
“This will require that all staff of every kind, principles, teachers, custodians, food service, you name it, needs to have at least one dose by Sept. 27.”

Thanks for posting. It is quite confusing why a letter was issued extending the EUA then a separate document was for clearance of the vaccine. Both dated August 23, 2021.
When I searched the FDA website the only thing that came up under my search was the letter I referred to above. Strange.

A significant note is that the approval is given with the caveat that post marketing testing must be done because of the possible problem with myocarditis associated with this stuff.
What it comes down to is that they see enough red flags to warrant further study, but not enough to put a warning on the bottle.

COMIRNATY and BioNTech are the two vaccine variants.
COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is the same formulation as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and can be used interchangeably with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to provide the COVID-19 vaccination series.
Part III.AA. notes thatCOMIRNATY is licensed by the FDA (wahtever that means,).
The last paragraph of the letter says, “This EUA will be effective until the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic is terminated under Section 564(b)(2) of the Act or the EUA is revoked under Section 564(g) of the Act.”
That suggests that the entire letter is an EUA.
