And why won’t Biden release records of visitors his head at his personal home in Delaware?

I think this is actually the ideal scenario. Biden hides in Delaware, doing nothing. Congress does nothing. My fear is that if he resigns or they sideline him with the 25th amendment, acting president Harris would do major damage. Let them twist in the wind for the rest of the year.
I am surprised he has not been removed from office this week. If the VP was better Joe would have been removed from office this week.
People with dementia often want to be in a familiar location.
Some enterprising reporter ought to find some way to get out there to Deleware and ask around. Somebody knows what’s going on. Maybe even the townfolk.

I offer this as a serious proposition: Joe Biden should announce tomorrow morning that he is having cognitive issues, and he is resigning as of now for the good of the country. He and Jill can go to Delaware and stay there. They have enough graft stored up to pay for 24/7 in home attendants.
Kamala Harris can pick some sort of consensus caretaker as VP, (the elected President is available, but that’s probably too much to ask) then resign herself in two weeks or less. Caretaker can replace the entire cabinet with somewhat competent individuals.
