'Squad' member received between $15K and $50K in rental income last year
Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib's annual financial disclosure shows that she made thousands of dollars in rental income last year, despite being a co-sponsor of a bill to cancel rent during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tlaib joined fellow "Squad" Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and other progressives in April 2020 to co-sponsor Rep. Ilhan Omar's, D-Minn., bill to "institute a nationwide cancellation of rents and home mortgage payments through the duration of the coronavirus pandemic."

Maybe she rents to the poor people. Government pays all rent to poor if you qualify. That’s the best way to get money from renting. I forgot what the name of this program is.
You became slum lord, ownings cheap, lousy properties with government guarantee rent. For what I heard, that’s where the money in renting really are. With her gov. connections, she will get into this program with no problem.

Nationalize all rental property. Pay the old landlord just and adequate compensation, to each in accordance with his needs. The govermint will find the right apartment for you, and you’ll have a good time there and enjoy it, whether you like it or not. If you know what’s good for you.
Between $15-50k. That’s quite the spread. I can see if it were $15-20k or $45-50k. But a $35k difference, that’s a bit much
But if her rentals are all Section 8 then she gets paid every month no matter what. Them Gubmint checks do not stop.
So, yet another Dem getting rich off the taxpayer.
