Every hour, another report of a mandate for a city or business. By the time October rolls around, a sizable portion of the country will be vaccine mandated.

ultimately, just say no, my person, my body is protected by the 4th amendment to the law of the land: our Constitution.
document everything they do.
but be sure you make them suspend/fire you. never quit. then you have cause for action, then you can get unemployment.
No doubt the aclu will be fighting this.
My question on these mandates, is with the waiver you have to sign before receiving the vaccine. It seems that an employer who requires a vaccine would be responsible for supplying it, so it could be injected without a waiver. My next question is how much weight will that waiver hold if you only signed it because you have to keep your job? My response would be, I’m trying to get the vaccine but they won’t give it to me (because I refuse to sign their waiver). Or are they now injecting it without waivers?
If I am not mistaken, they are in violation of State Law.
Fine get them to sign a legal paper that puts all the Liability on them if you have adverse reactions or die. They will not sign it. All Medical expenses , lost wages, funeral cost the whole thing. See what they say then.
I’m up against an employer mandate and expect to be fired by September 30th unless Gavin Newsom is ousted and Larry Elder ends the state of emergency that enables the mandates.
But no matter the job I will not get the Zero Population shot.
