My question on these mandates, is with the waiver you have to sign before receiving the vaccine. It seems that an employer who requires a vaccine would be responsible for supplying it, so it could be injected without a waiver. My next question is how much weight will that waiver hold if you only signed it because you have to keep your job? My response would be, I’m trying to get the vaccine but they won’t give it to me (because I refuse to sign their waiver). Or are they now injecting it without waivers?
I don’t believe much about the system and rules these days.
Employers don’t administer shots. Nurses do. And if you don’t sign the docs for the shots, you are terminated.
