If I am not mistaken, they are in violation of State Law.
This is the same city that had a public vote become a sanctuary city for illegals (voted down) and then said they will only follow federal law on guns since Ducey signed legislation ignoring feds on the 2a. They pick and choose.
I might add the state law apparently takes effect Sept first. That’s why the mad rush from the Bolsheviks.
Lots of places in Tucson are violating state law with mandates, including the two largest Hospitals in town. But, nobody is enforcing that law, so what good did it do?
