During an interview with ABC News on Thursday, Oregon Gov. Kate Brown (D) said that the impacts of climate change are another public health emergency in addition to the coronavirus pandemic.

After mentioning the heat in the state, host Linsey Davis asked, “Your state is already dealing with one public emergency with COVID. Are the effects of climate change another public health emergency?”

Since it’s a Big Deal Emergency now, for the public health, we must IMMEDIATELY:

1) Ban all unnecessary driving of cars. You may go to the food market, the drugstore, to an medical appointment, or to any Democrat political meeting — but all other use of automobiles is BANNED until the Climate Crisis has passed. (The Gov will tell you when that is.)

2) Residential use of electric power is to be severely reduced. Air conditioning is hereby BANNED. Your home has already been equipped with a Smart Meter allowing the authorities to regulate the hours when electricity may be available to your residence.

3) Because of the requirement for high power use, “through-the-air” TeeVee broadcasting is BANNED. Cable TeeVee will be required to carry only those responsible and informative networks identified by the authorities. Nobody needs AM or FM radio, and all such stations are to cease electrically wasteful broadcasting IMMEDIATELY.

4) In winter, residential heating will be limited to a maximum temperature of 60 degrees. (Put on a sweater if you’re cold.)

5) Retail shops are BANNED and ordered CLOSED immediately. The authorities will announce when re-opening may be allowed.

6) Masks are required for ALL people, 24-7. Police are authorized to enforce as may be necessary. Only 100% compliance with NO exceptions will be tolerated.

7) All firearms and any other objects which may used as a weapon, or modified to become a weapon, are hereby immediately BANNED and to be turned in immediately at any police facility. Persons found with such items will be punished to the limit of the authority of the authorities.

8) Additional rules may be published as they become necessary, and all will take effect IMMEDIATELY.

This is all for public safety and public health.
