Drama queen.
There are other places to work. Its perfectly legal to require the vaccine at a p!ace of work.
But lets get all worked up and talk about strapping people to gurneys.
Spokane. Of course.
Its perfectly legal to require the vaccine at a p!ace of work.
“Its perfectly legal to require the vaccine at a p!ace of work.”
Another collaborator chimes in. Thanks for flagging yourself for our reference.
Well, first of all it's not a vaccine, it's an experimental gene therapy. Second, it's only being administered under the auspices of an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), and it's technically illegal to require an experimental medical treatment as a condition of employment, as far as I know. And, eventually we'll run out of other places to work if this keeps up.
Nope, it’s illegal.
It’s just the CCP, I mean the Biden junta, has announced they won’t be enforcing that law until sometime in 2022.
You actually think commie democrats have a limit as to how far they are willing to go? I have news for you. These people are monsters and the only thing keeping them from outright murdering millions of people who oppose them is the second amendment and millions of armed Americans. The american left are literally the most evil people this planet has ever seen.
You are wrong and have drunk the leftist Kool-Aid. It may be perfectly legal for a business to require a vaccine to work but it is not legal for a governor to order a private business to enforce a vaccine mandates or fire their employees.
Sod off.
It gets... complicated.
Mandating a medical treatment as a condition of employment used to mean the side effects become the employers problem.
Ran into that at a place that made lead based materials. We could not mandate treatment. We could OFFER it, but not mandate it, since the cheletants (I know I spelled that wrong) could lead to health issues.
One guy did not take it.
Same with mandating smoking abatement programs. A place I know of use to randomly test for nicotine. Positive and you were fired. Didn’t hold up in court.
But that was in 2000 or so, when we had the rule of law.
Useful idjit.
Next you’ll tell us that it is perfectly legal to require the “vaccine” to be out in public.
Legal maybe, certainly immoral. I have 15 employees. I encourage them to get vaccinated or weekly covid tests or in some cases work from home.
But I can’t demand it. The vaccine is NOT approved by FDA and has documented side effects including death. How can I require such a thing?
