Legal maybe, certainly immoral. I have 15 employees. I encourage them to get vaccinated or weekly covid tests or in some cases work from home.

But I can’t demand it. The vaccine is NOT approved by FDA and has documented side effects including death. How can I require such a thing?

I think the FDA will be approving it very soon.

You could demand it, according to the law firm postings I have read online. As long as you allow medical and religious exemptions.

You definitely could demand it here in Michigan as we are an at will work state. And maybe that flavors my view. Here you can be fired for no reason. Employers have the right and I don’t have a problem with it.
It beats working with lazy losers as I did for all those years out in WA state, where employers were terrified to fire anyone.
