The entire Democratic congressional delegation of New York has called on Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) to resign after an independent investigation by the state attorney general's office found he had sexually harassed multiple women.
House Democratic Caucus Chair Hakeem Jeffries (N.Y.) and Reps. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.) and Tom Suozzi (D-N.Y.) issued a statement Tuesday, saying “the time is right” for Cuomo to resign after an investigation found that he sexually harassed multiple women.
“The office of Attorney General Tish James conducted a complete, thorough and professional investigation of the disturbing allegations against Governor Andrew Cuomo,” Jeffries, Meeks and Suozzi said.

The pressures are building up on Cuomo.
Letitia James, the Attorney General of NY who conducted this investigation, is also a Democrat. So when the political activist types weigh in, there’s no way they can say this is a witch hunt by Republicans.
I am confused though, that apparently she said they have evidence that Cuomo violated a number of federal and state laws, but was non committal about any prosecution in court.
If there is strong evidence of laws being broken, why wouldn’t they prosecute for those legal violations?
Or is the idea that, if Cuomo resigns, then this whole thing quietly goes away, and Cuomo can be an MSNBC talking head?? And can avoid going to court if he sees the writing on the wall and resigns????
I hope Cuomo stays and fights.

I am concerned about the Obama party organizers who are quietly, but effectively, amassing power. I think they wrestled away much of the Clinton Mafia power. They are building their Brownshirt ranks. A lot of politically angry militant women of color out there who are madder than someone who didn't get their chicken nugget order from McDonalds.
