Meatpacker Tyson Foods Mandates Vaccines for Workers

Tyson Foods Inc said on Tuesday it was mandating COVID-19 vaccinations for its entire workforce, joining a growing list of major U.S. companies as they face renewed pandemic restrictions due to the fast-spreading Delta variant. Surging COVID-19 cases and new guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that requires fully-vaccinated individuals to wear masks have led many companies to rethink their plans. Many of corporate America's biggest names have taken action following the CDC's guidance, including mask mandates from McDonald's Corp, Apple Inc and vaccination requirements by Walmart and Walt Disney. U.S. officials said on Monday COVID-19 cases, along with hospitalizations and deaths from the virus, have increased in the last week, even as vaccination rates have seen a pick up amid concern over the highly contagious Delta variant. The CDC said there were about 72,000 new COVID-19 cases per day in the United States as of Saturday, a 44% increase over the previous week and higher than the peak set in the summer of 2020. Tyson said on Tuesday its employees at U.S. office locations should be fully vaccinated by Oct. 1, while other locations have until November. It added that nearly half its U.S. workforce were vaccinated. Labor unions and meat companies have been pushing states to increase the pace of vaccine rollout in the food sector to protect workers and avoid supply-chain disruptions from COVID-19 outbreaks, such as closures of slaughterhouses last year.

Between Tyson and Walmart all the Republicans who run Arkansas nowadays are as bought and paid for as the Clintons were.

If they let local governments and schools impose mask orders this week, the GOP lawmakers in the state legislature will prove that point beyond a shadow of a doubt.

If they start injecting the chickens with the poisons labeled COVID vaccines, I will officially become a vegetarian.

As long as they are doing it themselves, and not part of a government mandate, fine. I can buy their products or not.

The illegals in their employ will be exempt.

“The lawyers made them do it.

If employees wear masks, the company can’t be sued by an employee’s lawyer for Covid contracted elsewhere but blamed on the company”

The employer can be held liable for adverse reactions to the mandated experimental emergency drug. (not a vaccine)

Nope. 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22

They’re all disposable illegal wetbacks to Tyson anyway, so who cares?

Because the delta mutation increased viral.loads and contagion.
One more mutation for lethality and we are toast.
Watch the news *then*.
Delta plus has already been shown to not respond to MAB infusions.

We are losing ground. And antivaxxers are to blame.

Not to be confrontational but there is a good bit of evidence beginning to surface that the vaccines may be the causing the mutations to become “enhanced”. If left to themselves and mother nature, RNA viruses generally become MORE transmissible but LESS lethal. IF..this Sars-CoV-2 behaves Differently it will be the FIRST of the Corona-class viruses in history to do so and IF... that happens, we’d have to ask WHY? Just like bacteria, viruses adapt to survive, hence why there are so many drug-resistant bacteria emerging.

But they’re not. Some people are claiming they would be liable for Covid if they don’t mandate vaccines, but under no circumstances in anyone anywhere liable for vaccine deaths and injuries, due to federal law.

mployers Will be Responsible for Mandatory Vaccine Reactions

Blog/Rule of Law Posted Aug 2, 2021 by Martin Armstrong Spread the love

A number of people have written in about their employer saying get vaccinated or you are fired. I suggest that a lawyer send a letter stating that these vaccines are experimental Moderna did it in 2 days. Therefore, your employer will be responsible for any side effects or serious illness ONLY if they MANDATE rather than suggest or encourage.

You cannot sue the politicians and you cannot sue the drug companies. Gates does not have immunity nor will your employer. Many will not take you back if you have been injured and end up on workman’s comp. So there are real issues here. Others realize they will be responsible for the vaccines are still experimental. Some employers realize there is a problem because they are not actually approved.

An employer-mandated vaccine is considered a part of work. So under most state laws, an adverse reaction would be covered by workers’ compensation. Workers’ compensation has been the employee’s recourse in the past for other employer-required vaccinations. It is unlikely that courts would change that precedent.

Be very careful. If your employer merely encourages you to get the vaccine, you will NOT be covered under workman’s comp. Your employer will acquire liability ONLY if they mandate you get the vaccine. Your employer will most likely claim no responsibility because they did not actually vaccinate you. This is why a MANDATE is essential.

Pay close attention to the words. “Encouragement“ is different from a “Mandate“. Categories: Rule of Law « Biden Drops Investigation Against Cuomo Nursing Home Deaths

That’s nice. You linked to a thread. I linked you to the law.

You might not like the law. (I don’t either). But pretending that it doesn’t exist won’t change it.

” I linked you to the law.”

I don’t want to start, But the “law” you cited refers to an actual vaccine... this stuff they are pushing has not achieved that status. Still an emergency authorized experimental drug.

Should be sued for violating religious freedom of their workers. One doesn’t have to oppose all vaccines to have abortion/religious objections to current vaccines.

Your definition of vaccine doesn’t determine the legal definition of a vaccine.

That’s why linking to blog posts won’t help you in Court.
