With more than 100 U.S. colleges mandating COVID vaccines for in-person attendance and schools enforcing mask mandates, it’s critical people understand their rights.
The bottom line is this: mandating products authorized for Emergency Use Authorization status (EUA) violates federal law as detailed in the following legal notifications.
TOPICS: Culture/Society; Government; News/Current Events
KEYWORDS: fbi; felony; fraud; humanresources; law; legal; masks; vaccines

I am guessing they will as soon as it’s fully approved, in the next 6-9 months.

Until its approved it is considered to be an experimental medical use and falls under purview of the Nuremberg Code of Medical ethics which the first and foremost code is:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

Then why was I “ordered” to get an experimental vaccine during the Gulf War? I refused this at first but then the mandate was issued; I had no choice.
Later, years later, found out it was most likely the Anthrax vaccine.

The case is Doe vs. Rumsfeld, and the conclusion is military doesn’t have to take experimental drugs of any kind.
To: Deepeasttx
You may have been “ordered” before Doe vs. Rumsfeld was finished. I don’t have the year. I got this info from my doctor, who is a Army doctor.
To: Deepeasttx
Many never got the anthrax series, but their medical records indicate otherwise - thanks to some really great Independent Duty Corpsmen.

Two Army surgeons told me that we were given two vaccines that they didn’t know anything about.

The jacked up anthrax vaccine is what led to the court case declaring that the military cannot force unapproved drugs on servicemembers. So you got it before that was in place.
Currently, the only way the military can force all members to get the "vaccines" is by the President directly ordering such. Or, of course, the FDA rubber-stamping the full approval.

Being ordered to get an experimental shot in 1991 was legal...I suppose.
But how the heck can the population be blackmailed to get this shot now? There is scuttlebutt about withholding SS payments to those who refuse. And them that are required to be vaxed to keep employed?
This, to me, is the ‘number of the beast’ in Revelations.

Being in the military means you're stuck doing a lot of stuff you probably don't want to do. It's only relatively recently that the judiciary/Congress has been more on the Joes' side.

Half the population has apparently already been willing to be guinea pigs. I doubt FedGov will really have to do much, they'll manage to push it though businesses, with many of them requiring a "vaccine" shot to work there. Word is already that Biden's gonna push it on all Federal employees, AND Federal contractors as well. That's a LOT of people. Sure, several of the blue States might fight this, but most of them aren't self-sufficient enough to be able to fight FedGov much if they push the issue. Texas could do ok, but where is Florida gonna get money if all their senior citizens stop getting SS? Sales taxes are the only easy way to grab money from not-taxable income, and the main support source for many local governments. And every red State will be on top of the newest restrictions and requirements, if they haven't already pushed more stringent ones of their own.
