Blog/Rule of Law Posted Aug 2, 2021 by Martin Armstrong Spread the love
A number of people have written in about their employer saying get vaccinated or you are fired. I suggest that a lawyer send a letter stating that these vaccines are experimental Moderna did it in 2 days. Therefore, your employer will be responsible for any side effects or serious illness ONLY if they MANDATE rather than suggest or encourage.
You cannot sue the politicians and you cannot sue the drug companies. Gates does not have immunity nor will your employer. Many will not take you back if you have been injured and end up on workman’s comp. So there are real issues here. Others realize they will be responsible for the vaccines are still experimental. Some employers realize there is a problem because they are not actually approved.
An employer-mandated vaccine is considered a part of work. So under most state laws, an adverse reaction would be covered by workers’ compensation. Workers’ compensation has been the employee’s recourse in the past for other employer-required vaccinations. It is unlikely that courts would change that precedent.
Be very careful. If your employer merely encourages you to get the vaccine, you will NOT be covered under workman’s comp. Your employer will acquire liability ONLY if they mandate you get the vaccine. Your employer will most likely claim no responsibility because they did not actually vaccinate you. This is why a MANDATE is essential.
Pay close attention to the words. “Encouragement“ is different from a “Mandate“. Categories: Rule of Law « Biden Drops Investigation Against Cuomo Nursing Home Deaths
My employer came out with their vaccination requirements today. Most of us are remote workers. I don’t report to any of our campuses. They’re mandating vaccines for those who report to an office with “accommodations” being made for religious or health reasons and required masks and negative COVID tests. There’s no mention of who’s footing the bill for the test.
What this does, however, is make it so that silence or lack of presence speaks volumes. We’re being shamed for our decisions. Sad.
And they will be held responsible for people getting sick too.
The ChiComs must be very pleased with their KungFlu.
Guess who else you can’t sue...
Didn’t the government exclude experimental Covid vaccines from this?
Expect the Chamber of Commerce to tell Biden and Congress they must have immunity from prosecution into a 2000 + page bill during the reconciliation process. It will pass in silence without discovery until after Biden signs the bill. Then it will be announced with great fanfare. The infrastructure bill, or the upcoming budget bill, are likely vehicles for passing employer immunity. These bills will be passed with GOP support.
I hope this is true.
Under the 1947 Nuremberg Codes, your employer will fall under the genocide rule.
These codes were enacted in 1947 after the acts of Nazi Dr. Josef Mengele and his ilk. Now we, the American citizen, are the test subjects just as the Nazis of WWII Germany. Under these rules, anyone who violates them is considered a genocidal war criminal. This includes those that give material support.
The ten points of the Nuremberg Code for human experimentation are as follows:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is essential. This means that the person involved should have the legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject, there should be made known to him the effects upon his health or person, which may come from his participation in the experiment.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made, and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill, and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
No one in our government at any level is opposed to the abuse of its citizens. It’s quite clear there are physical reactions to the vaccine including death. The percentage may be small, but we don’t know the long term effects to those who have taken it since there is no clinical trial and the FDA has not approved it yet.
Employers can and will be held accountable.
Once the FDA give official approval to the Vaccines...
They should LOSE their LIABILITY EXEMPTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
The vaccines will no longer be experimental and the Drug Companies should be responsible for what they have us inject into our bodies.
Yep, I thought about looking for another job, but now I’m thinking I may have to go the independent contractor route (1099) and just work 100% remote from now on.
Until corporations start requiring their vendors to be vaccinated :|
OSHA came out with this as well, stating that employers are liable under workers’ compensation.
I’ve always assumed the FDA would just rubber stamp these things. But do y’all think the sudden push to mandate this (but it’s not mandatory I guess since you can submit yourself to deliberately degrading treatment with forced masking and testing) while it’s still under EUA points to the FDA not approving these vaccines anytime soon?
The more I read about this man-made virus and its release into the world, the more I am convinced it is not the result of a particular nation-state agenda, but a globalist cabal hungry for money and control. Not unlike both Democrats and Republicans all of whom are aided and abetted by a lazy media.
The biggest hurdle is that civil torts -- except in rare cases -- are litigated in STATE courts.

I doubt I would be covered at my employer UNLESS the shot was administered ON SITE during WORKING HOURS and was REQUIRED.
Off site? “not our problem”
Off hours? “your problem, not mine”
Voluntary? “You choice, your problem”
How is this different from any invasive medical question an employer may ask?
Just refuse to answer saying it is between you and your doctor. That will force them to fire you and you can sue their ass off.
World Economic Forum seems okay with the turn of events and is trying not to “let a tragedy go to waste”.
