We’ve heard it’s the Republicans who are at fault for the return of the mask mandates and the spreading of the Delta variant. Well, liberals are saying that of course. It’s conservative media that’s fanning the flames. There’s more nuance to this problem and you all know. The least of it is not being that vaccinations have always been a sensitive topic in America. When it comes to kids, it’s even more intense. There’s also the aspect that a lot of people don’t like being told what to do and there is a limit in telling what adults can and cannot do in some areas. It’s a fact of life. Forty percent of New York City public school employees are unvaccinated. I doubt these are voracious readers of conservative media.
And now, the Left’s snobbery and incessant need to coerce people with whom they disagree is about to crash into the wall. Why? Well, are health care workers part of this supposedly unlearned pro-Trump cult? I ask because a significant number of them are not vaccinated. About a quarter of health care workers in the US have not received the COVID vaccine and don’t plan to any time soon.

You went from percentage of population to percentage of vaccinated population without thinking. Those are two different things to take a percentage of, so you can’t compare the two results.

Doesn't take into consideration what percentage of the total population is vaccinated.
All you can deduce is that Blacks are vaccinated proportionally less than non-Blacks.
Specifically: Blacks are 1/0.7 = 42% more "vaccine hesitant" than the overall average.
And non-Blacks are only 70% as "vaccine hesitant" as Blacks.

For that date I also computed the average death rate for the five adjacent states in the NE megalopolis (MA, NJ, NY, RI, CT) and it was 2,560. Most Swedes live in the southwest, which means it is also highly urbanized. Sweden’s death rate of 1,365.43 is about half for a similar population density.
For 2016 you can also note that collectively the five states had one Republican governor and ten Republicans in the Congress. Makes you suspect this is a Democrat illness.

You’re correct. The data I saw last weak on Dr. Chris Martensen’s Peak Prosperity show I believe showed Blacks and Hispanics lagging. Both are under 40% hit with the jab.
Hispanics were higher and Blacks came in the lowest at around 36% I believe.
Asians were the highest well over 60%. Whites were below 60%, obviously led by terrified Democrats.
