The employee can get a religious exemption
The employee can get a healt exemption
The employee can work elsewhere

I personally know of one who had COVID, recovered and then got the Pfizer shots and then got shingles. He is still recovering 2 months now. I also know 3 others that also got shingles after getting the Pfizer shots. I just don’t know how tough it was for them.

Does “fully vaccinated” imply inoculation and immunization? I think it does, but are these vaccines meant to immunize and inoculate? I’m not sure I have the answer to that.

Much as I hate to say it conservatives laid the groundwork for this by supporting “at-will” employment, which gives employers the right to terminate or not hire employees based on anything they please except for protected classes like race and sex.
