Fox News host Geraldo Rivera said Tuesday on “The Five” that unvaccinated people who are not regularly tested were “arrogant” and “selfish.”
Rivera said, “I think the vaccine is absolutely bulletproof against this disease. We had a lightning storm in Cleveland last night. It was as likely to get hit by one of those lightning bolts as to get this terrible disease if you are vaccinated. This is a disease of the unvaccinated.”

I am struggling to understand why anyone would care what Jerry Rivers thinks about anything.
Well seeing as I’ve had very close to home vaccine incidents that prove to me they’re not safe...think I’ll pass.
Co-worker now has Bells Palsy and severe left side facial twitch after the Pfizer double jab. MRI showed nothing, but it’s evident he’z experiencing neurological issues.
2nd co-worker relative, 47 years old, apparently healthy as a horse...died after taking I believe it was Maderna double jab. Stroke.
My brother in law is an actor in NY theater scene. His whole cast had been previously double inoculated...all came down with Covid.
Lady in my church, vaccinated twice, came down with Covid. Her husband, not vaccinated...never came down with Covid.
I dunno, juss sayin. Proof is in the pudding.
Either he's lying, or he is a verifiable uninformed idiot. Even the vehemntly pro-Poke authorities have said it's not a 100% defense. Statements like that, from people that are supposed to be "trusted", or 'authoritative" are why people are confused and fearful. In Gerry River's case, I'm taking the idiot answer. In the case of "experts" like Mr. Fauci, who has admittedly lied to the public to sway opinion, I'm taking the liar option every time, until proven otherwise.

I suppose it's good that the propaganda machine isn't working very well. Frustrating that every single covid topic has two opposite truths though.
Now we’re being told from the CDC and the White House that even the vaccinated are catching and spreading this and need to wear masks. Geraldo needs to get with the times.
OK. Time to get fellow Freepers a bit annoyed:
1) While the vaccines are experimental and long term side effects cannot be known, they do seem to be largely (~90%) effective in protecting those who have been vaccinated from serious COVID 19 infections. Those that have been vaccinated and become infected for the most part do not become seriously ill or die. There are of course exceptions.
2) It is still a free country. If after considering your personal sitution and beliefs, you wish not to take the vaccine, it is your right. As stated many times on FR by many intelligent people, if you do contract the virus, most will have a limited illness and recover. If however you were to become seriously ill, you are entitled to state of the art agressive medical care. Physicians and hospitals treat everyone.
3). It is still a mystery why the CDC urges vaccines in people who have had COVID 19, recovered and have antibodies. Absolutely no data that the vaccine offers further protection and the claim that the vaccine may alleviate persistent COVID 19 symptoms is antedotal and not proven.The use of masks is probably totally useless.
4) People who have observed that the Biden Administration is a left wing cabal and has politicized CDC and NIH are not wrong. It makes it difficult to trust the government and their corporate partners. It is not farfetched to note that Leftist governments by their nature must coerce their citizens “for the common good”. Coercing people in this pandemic is a useful sensitizing ,conditioning and teaching exercise. More such coercion is likely to come in many more areas from the leftists.
5) Finally IMHO if you are personally at significant risk( over 50, diabetic, immunosuppressed for any reason) would strongly suggest you consider getting the vaccine. The disease is no joke or benign illness for many. Problem is there is no good test to identify just who as an individual is susceptible to serious disease.

Geraldo the tests are NO GOOD and kids found out if you add orange juice you get a false positive so if you drink something before the test it could screw it up

I support any private business owner to state “no shoes, no shirt, no vaccine, no service”. I do not support government mandates.
I don’t. They are not medical doctors and do not have the right to mandate medical treatments. That’s practicing medicine without a license.
