CNN Town Hall: Joe Biden Suggests a 9mm Pistol Ban

During his Wednesday night CNN town hall, President Joe Biden talked about a “push to eliminate” 9mm pistols that have an ammunition capacity beyond that of which the left approves.

Biden said, “The idea you need a weapon that can have the ability to fire 20, 30, 40, 50, 120 shots from that weapon, whether it’s a 9mm pistol or whether it’s a rifle, is ridiculous. I’m continuing to push to eliminate the sale of those things.”

I've always said, if you've seen a 'gun control' restriction in a foreign country, it isn't impossible in America. Ban on automatic weapons? Check. Ban on semi-autos? Check. Ban on 'military caliber' firearms? Check.

There's lot's of brave talk on this thread, from people who apparently forget that the Dems control Congress, the White House, and (via packing threats) the federal courts. A little back room arm twisting or the right pay offs, and - guess what? - ol' Joe will be signing any ban he wants. Of course, maybe they're absolutely sure that a couple of Dem senators would never let that happen...
